To initiate the process, return the unopened product along with purchase details. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
Returns Instructions
For a smooth return process, follow these steps:
- Notify us of your return and provide the reason through the refund page on our website.
- Use a reliable courier service to send the product back, and share shipment details via email.
- Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging for a refund.
- Ensure the product is not damaged during courier to be eligible for a refund.
- Clearly mention your billing address, name, and contact number on the return label.

Return Policy
- Products must be returned unopened; opened or damaged products will not be accepted.
- Inflatable products are not eligible for warranty, return, or refund.
- Buyer bears the cost of shipment for returns.
- Products damaged during shipment or due to improper packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged Products
- Contact Simply Herbal immediately if a product arrives damaged.
- Ship the damaged product back to us, with shipment cost borne by the buyer.
Refund Process
- Refunds may take up to 60 working days from approval, with email notification to the customer.
- Order cancellations incur a 15% shipment fee deduction.
- Defective products are exchanged; buyer covers shipment for the new product.
- Credit card refunds take about 14 working days; debit card refunds take 30 working days.
- Simply Herbal reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellations after shipping are not accepted.
- Simply Herbal may cancel orders due to shipping limitations, pricing errors, or product availability issues. Refunds will be issued in such cases.
Proof of Identification
- Soulager Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to request customer identification during delivery. Failure to provide identification can result in order cancellation.
